You can't optimise a supply chain you don't see
Inventory imbalances, supplier delays, demand forecast errors, and cost overruns don’t usually come from bad luck. They come from insufficient visibility and analysis. A skilled Supply Chain Analyst gives you the data infrastructure and insight to make faster, smarter operational decisions.
Inventory you can trust
Overstocking ties up cash. Stockouts lose sales and damage relationships. Your Supply Chain Analyst builds the forecasting models and monitoring processes that keep inventory levels where they need to be, not where they happened to land.
Supplier performance you can act on
Tracking on-time delivery, quality rates, and lead time variability across your supplier base takes time your operations team doesn’t have. Your analyst does it systematically and gives you the data to negotiate better, switch faster, and de-risk your supply base.
Data-based cost reduction
Logistics costs, procurement spend, and warehousing inefficiencies are rarely obvious without dedicated analysis. Your Supply Chain Analyst surfaces the opportunities your team is too busy to find and builds the business case to act on them.
Demand forecasting
Reactive purchasing is expensive. Your analyst builds and maintains demand forecasting models that align procurement with actual sales trends to reduce emergency orders, excess stock, and the operational chaos that comes with both.
What your Supply Chain Analyst will handle for you
Every Supply Chain Analyst placement is matched to your stack and goals. Here’s what our most common use cases include.
- Building and maintaining demand forecasting models aligned to sales trends and seasonality
- Monitoring inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock across SKUs and locations
- Analysing supplier performance — on-time delivery, lead times, quality, and cost trends
- Identifying procurement cost reduction opportunities and supporting vendor negotiations
- Mapping and optimising logistics and fulfilment workflows to reduce cost and improve speed
- Tracking and reporting on key supply chain KPIs — fill rate, inventory turnover, OTIF, and carrying costs
- Conducting root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and recommending corrective actions
- Supporting S&OP (sales and operations planning) processes with data and scenario modelling
- Building dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time supply chain visibility
- Managing and cleansing supply chain data across ERP, WMS, and planning systems

FAQ
How quickly can I get a shortlist?
The success fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary: 30% for one-time searches, or 15% with a Hiring Partnership membership ($499/mo annual or $800/mo monthly). With the pay-per-hire option, there are no upfront costs — you only pay when you hire.
What does the 90-day replacement guarantee cover?
If a hire doesn’t work out within the first 90 days for any reason, we replace them at no additional cost. You only pay the success fee once per placement.
How long does a typical search take?
